4. Shelf life
Your data is kept:
- During the period of opening your User account for uses related to the operation of the account,
- During the archiving period.
The data necessary to comply with a legal obligation is kept in such a way as to allow MERCURY SILVER to comply with the provisions in force as well as to prove this conformity.
The data may also be kept for any useful period with regard to the applicable limitation period.
